DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub — delivery and related ordering.
myEmma — email marketing.
Indeed and Spark Hire — recruitment and applicant management.
Checkr — employment background screening.
These providers may collect or process information in connection with the services they provide. Information collected independently by third-party platforms may be subject to their own privacy policies.
4. Loyalty and Rewards
Our loyalty and rewards programs are supported by Toast.
We may collect and maintain loyalty account details, purchase histories, rewards balances, and redemption information to administer these programs, respond to inquiries, and improve guest experiences.
Participation is voluntary and may be subject to additional program terms.
5. Information Sharing Between Locations and Affiliates
Guest information may be shared between Stone & Vine Chandler and Stone & Vine Scottsdale, as well as with affiliated restaurant operations, including Sophia's Kitchen and authorized personnel within JGP Restaurant Concepts.

7. Employment Applications and Applicant Privacy
Stone & Vine collects personal information from individuals applying for employment at either location.
Applications may be submitted through our website, Indeed, Spark Hire, email, or in person.
Applicant information may include names, contact details, résumés, employment history, education, qualifications, availability, references, interview responses, evaluations, and other information relevant to recruitment.
We use this information to evaluate qualifications, communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, verify relevant information, and make hiring decisions.
Background Checks
For full-time management positions, we conduct employment background checks using Checkr, a third party background screening provider.
Before obtaining a background check, we provide the applicant with the written disclosure and obtain the written authorization required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state law. We use Checkr to perform the screening. If we intend to take an adverse employment action based in whole or in part on a background check, we provide the applicant with the notices required by law, including, before the action, a copy of the report and a summary of the applicant's rights, and, after the action, an adverse-action notice.
Background screening information is used only for legitimate employment-related purposes and handled in accordance with the FCRA and other applicable federal and state laws.
Applicant Information Access and Retention
Applicant information may be accessed by authorized restaurant management, corporate personnel responsible for recruitment, and third-party hiring or screening providers.
We retain applicant information for as long as reasonably necessary to support recruitment, maintain employment-related records, comply with applicable laws, and address legitimate business needs.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, securely dispose of, or de-identify it.
Employment application information is not used to enroll applicants in restaurant marketing communications without separate consent.
